- Firstly, please can you tell us a bit about what you guys do and what sets you apart in your industry (i.e. what you specialise in), what area you/your customers are based, and how long you have been in business?
Property Services Unlimited or PSU is a private, locally owned commercial cleaning services company based in Hamilton. - As an organisation, what are the top three achievements/initiatives/projects you've been most proud of in the last few years?
Business has grown year on year, with a growing number of clients throughout the Waikato. We have robust training and a health and safety management system that supports our teams.
- How long have you been using BWARE's health and safety software and consulting services?
We have been using BWARE for one year.
- What do you like most about the BWARE Safety Manager software/app?
The best thing about BWARE is that it’s exactly what it says it is: A ‘Business Workplace Activity Reporting Engine.’ Our teams are able to easily navigate through the app and ensure that any near miss, hazard or safety requirement is reported. The system has been an excellent way for everyone here at PSU to contribute to a safer, better workplace.
- What comments, if any, would you like to share with others considering becoming a BWARE customer?
BWARE is everything you need in a health and safety system. Real time reporting and current data for all working teams means that we can all communicate safely throughout our day.
- What’s the biggest change or curve ball you think people should watch out for in the new Health and Safety at Work Act 2015?
Continuous training and assessment is a real requirement of this new act. Through BWARE you are able to access more training information and tools as you need them, along with assessment tools. This is a real asset for working teams.
