How long are your contracts?
There are no long-term contracts: Licence and user fees can be paid on a per annum or month by month basis. *Licence agreements are based on an annual licence fee. Needless to say, you can cancel at any time.

If I don’t like Safety Manager, how do I cancel?
Just head over to your "My Account" page, and click a link to automatically cancel within "My Subscriptions." No need to talk to anybody or send an email hoping to track someone down.
If I cancel my Safety Manager license, will I lose all my data?
Yes, but don’t worry, before you leave you will have the opportunity to download everything you need and take all your data with you.
